For the first time in Phish’s long history a show lands in the Sooner state. Expectations are a little higher than usual for this gig. Not only is this the first gig in Oklahoma, it is taking place in a zoo. Naturally, this has the community abuzz on what surprises, if any, the band has in store for the Zoo-type atmosphere. “Slave to the Traffic Light” with it’s see the city, see the zoo line seems like a lock, but you just never know. Stay tuned as the setlist rolls in from #CouchTour. It is available for download from LivePhish.com.

Notes from the Sideline:
This is the first ever Phish performance in Oklahoma and likely the only known Phish show inside a zoo. Before Wilson Trey mentioned that this venue was booked as a special request to their management. Wolfman’s Brother gets pretty rockin’ and energetic with some big peaks by the band at the end. A few folks heard “Whole Lotta Love” teases in 46 Days. Down with Disease flowed quickly from Type II into the Birds intro. My Friend My Friend was unfinished and didn’t have the “Myfe” ending. Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips who lives in Oklahoma, was backstage at the show. Phish wraps up the 2012 Summer Tour with three shows in Colorado over the Labor Day Weekend.
