Amongst my circle of friends, you wouldn’t know if you overheard certain conversations that “SHPONGLE” hadn’t already received certification from the all-powerful, elitist wordsmiths at Merriam-Webster given its recent permanence in our daily lexicon. Ever since The Shpongletron Experience descended on the Manchester, TN farm last summer at Bonnaroo 2011, the word and it’s endless meanings have permeated through everyday life. Moreover, life itself has certainly taken on new meaning since that fateful night in that That Tent (but that’s an entirely ‘nother story altogether). However, the resonance and healthy repetition of as a noun/verb/adjective/adverb/way of life is only natural – after all, can you think of a word that is more fun to say than ? Moreover, if you’ve seen , didn’t you feel that life’s course was slightly different afterwards. Yeah, that’s what I thought…
