Voodoo Releases 2012 Expansive Lineup: Jack White, Avetts, Bootsy Join The Ritual

BOOM GOES THE RITUAL. Check out our Voodoo 2012 playlist HERE.

Via the festival’s Twitter page, a big chunk of the final 2012 lineup has arrived, meaning fans of the yearly City Park gathering won’t have to slog through an entire summer of one-at-a-time lineup drips that seemed to peeve a few folks last year (although we enjoyed having something new to write about every day during the dog days of NOLA summer). Alas, it’s all out there and we can start our yearly pick-a-part coverage of this beautifully macabre’d fall fiasco. Gary Clark Jr. and Bootsy Collins in the same weekend?! There’s your ticket puncher right there. The countdown to October 26th begins…
