It’s been a tough year for losing great musicians, but we are lucky to still be here to get to celebrate their music in whatever ways our human ears will allow us to. And tonight a few of our favorites here at LMB are getting together at Brooklyn Bowl for a show called The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down: A Celebration of the Life & Music of Levon Helm. Yes, it’s our favorite dudes from Bustle in your Hedgerow that are instead turning tonight into a foray into the music of Levon Helm and The Band. They’ll be joined by a ton of folks including Craig Finn from The Hold Steady, Grayson Capps, Phosphorescent, Yellowbirds, Tom from American Babies and more.
