The Big Up Festival Takes One-Year Hiatus
Man, starting up a smaller festival ain’t easy these days…enter the Big Up Festival. The upstate NY festival had a slightly bumpy start in 2010 but followed up with a solid 2011. And in 2012? They’ve officially announced a one-year hiatus for 2012 due to unforeseen circumstances. It looks like they plan to return in 2013, but taking a year off might make a big comeback all the more difficult (see Langerado). Let’s hope they can come back strong in 2013.
