Van Halen To Close Reunion Tour in NOLA in June

Van Halen, not Van Hagar

I’m too young to have ever really experienced a living, breathing with David Lee Roth at the mic. For better or worse, my immediate connection with the band’s music is with the songs from Balance (and the conjoined twins on the cover that scarred a portion of my youth) and the guttural screams of Sammy Hagar that carried the band’s torch through the 90′s and 2000′s. Either way, Eddie will be on-board again to melt some faces and I’m glad to see yet another aging band bury the hatchet and get back together for a tour before it’s too late to put on a rockin’ show.
