PREVIEW: GWAR @ The Hangar, NOLA 11/21/11

Mythical monster metal band GWAR will be performing as planned on Monday night at in Mid-City despite the recent tragic passing of guitarist Cory Smoot (who played the role of Flattimus Maximus) on November 3rd. The band is known for their outlandish and detailed costumes, surrounding mythology and Hollywood-esque character development, as well as a penchant for spraying the crowd with fake blood.
