My mind had already been made up even before the DJ otherwise known in real life as Derek Vincent Smith announced his plans. I’d love to see him on a NYE, that’s for sure, but it just isn’t in the cards for me this year. After watching the Phish NYE extravaganza last year from my living room couch, I made it clear to myself I wouldn’t miss another MSG show.
