I decided to shoot some video during the Phish set last night at the perfect moment. The jam out of “Rock and Roll” seemed to flow seamlessly into “Steam” last night, a song that people were definitely predicting would make an appearance more this tour and especially at Golden Gate Park. Predictions were correct amongst my crew and we got a great version of this tune last night right before a really solid “Piper” with tons of Type II action finishing it off.

Make sure you launch the 720p version and go full-screen to get a feel for what the energy looked like on the lawn. The drop at 1:30 is super buttery; I’m loving the way this band has been playing all tour.
