NYC Fest: Siren Festival Dead; Love Live 4Knots

The Village Voice announced that it would present a new annual music festival after 10 years of producing the at Coney Island. Now The Voice is to produce the 4Knots Festival, on July 16 at the South Street Seaport. The festival will be free, open to all ages, and held rain or shine. (Its name comes from the speed at which the East River flows, The Voice said.)
