STS9 Announce NYE in Denver

just announced their three-night New Year’s Eve run, returning again to Denver after this weekend’s shows at Red Rocks and last year’s NYE run at Wells Fargo Theatre.

On the heels of three sold out shows this past weekend in Colorado, is pleased to announce that they will be returning to Denver for a three night run at the famed Fillmore Auditorium for another New Years Celebration on December 29th, 30th and 31st, 2010. VIP, multiple night, and single show tickets will be available starting next week exclusively thru STS9Store.com.

The setlists from the Colorado run look pretty tight. Jambands.com has the story on the three-night run. Also, this:

During the switch between Thievery Corporation and STS9, the screen that creates the trippy light displays behind STS9 was ordering, in tall white letters across a black background, “No Laser Pointers Please.” Is that a big problem at STS9 shows?

Like the Umphrey’s McGee quest to stop all glowsticks at their shows, I’m not sure this is ever going to officially go away.
