Well, the last of the southern run went out with a bang, in so many ways. The day was great. Incredible actually. Weather was perfect, good friends, some good beer, and some incredible music…. but by now you know the music was incredible. And if you don’t, take a listen to any of the great sources out there. I can’t think of anything more American than opening the evening by singing the Star-Spangled Banner. With that they were off… I managed to snag some pit tickets and grabbed a few nice shots, but I admit, it was a little hard with all the movement & dancing. As the show rolled on, things in the pit continued to get crowded. After a great first set, and a nice setbreak, we moved to the lawn with friends. Set Two didn’t disappoint. Tela!
