One of the likely highlights of Bonnaroo 2010 will be the Chromeo set with Daryl Hall

Along with finishing up Chromeo’s as-yet-untitled new record, due in August, the pair will lock down some intense rehearsals for the Bonaroo performance, which will comprise a mix of Hall and Oates and Chromeo numbers.

He’s touring around it with Holy Ghost! and calling it the Business Casual Tour.

This summer, Chromeo, the virtuosic New York and Montreal-based synth-funk duo will hit the road with the like-minded disco outfit Holy Ghost! for the Business Casual Tour presented by Green Label Sound.

Holy Ghost will rock the Bowery without question, but these duo groups like them & Ratatat don’t really sound so awesome in bigger venues. You think it’s just the instruments or am I completely nuts?

I think that can happen….some of those bands rehearse and gear their sounds towards a smaller club anyway, given that it’s how they’re getting their start.
