The Roots Picnic 2010: The Roots, Vampire Weekend

The Roots have announced the Third Annual Roots Picnic, with Vampire Weekend joining them at the top of the lineup. This year’s Picnic will take place on Saturday, June 5 at Philadelphia’s Festival Pier (Penn’s Landing).

?uestlove announced the event and initial lineup via Twitter with the following video where he also hints at a reunited Run DMC as another possible headliner:
