Video: Monsters of Folk with the Roots, Live on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon
Monsters of Folk played “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” and were joined by current house band, the Roots:

Man, Jim James looks downright clean-cut in this video. And the sound is almost like “the softer side of Monsters of Folk” compared to the videos we posted from their recent Halloween gig. Although I think I prefer the rockin’ version of M.O.F, I definitely dig this tune. I’m not sure the Roots added all that much to the tune compared to the studio version, but it’s still pretty killer. What can I say, I’m a sucker for Jim James vocals and pedal steel.
