A few weeks ago, we reported on Philadelphia’s annual ‘Jam on the River’, which takes place this Saturday and Sunday at Penn’s Panding. JOTR recently made some changes and additions to its initial lineup, adding sets by Apollo Sunshine, Lotus, Hoots & Hellmouth, and Cypress Hill (taking the place of Common, who cancelled).
