I picked up the aug 18 show. Enjoyable, but I wasn’t impressed that much.

What’s not to love about drums, sexy and soulful music to the ears.

I caught wind of the Rhythm Devils and downloaded the 2006-8-19 @ the Gathering of the Tribes, and I was almost in a trance. I can usually tell it’s good when my wife asks me “Who is this?” The African singers have a very soulful vibe. I also got one of the Zero shows that played @ the Gathering and I must say it’s good to hear Donna and Bobby, BUT the Devils have them beat, Hands Down.

I went to Vegoose last year and for some reason I have been on the fence about going this year. It just doesn’t compare to Bonnaroo. To find out now that the Rhythm Devils are going to be @ Vegoose, that is the kicker for me, now I’m in.

    See You there.

i saw this band at the gathering and it was the highlight if my weekend. i thought they were one of the most profesional bands there these guys really got it together. there incredible dual drummers from the dead give it powerful rhythm. steve kimlock blasts out moving solos. and phishs bassist mike gordon blasts out and keeps its all together. its really awsome im gonna see them as much as i can and you should too. this is the reall stuff. Help this band in every way you can i hope they stay around a long time and give us alot of music.

Saw them at the Birchmere in Virginia. Awesome show. Gordon was killing it on bass, and someone above said. Wahts not to love about drums. Especially Mickey and Billy together. One of the guests was playing a talking drum. Sounded Great. One of my Top shows ever, Some great Dead Tunes, but also a mix of a lot of other stuff.

    Check these guys out.
