    damn….a single post this late in the day – *and* it has a Phish
    reference?!? Both of those are sad – the opposite of what today should be – a yearly celebration of his life. Play him loud!!!

    today….for me…..it’s Jerry and David Grisman – Arabia.

    He started me down a life long path filled with the appreciation of
    music – Thank you Jerry …..

    So when in doubt …..twirl

    This reminds me, I just finished reading Phil Lesh’s book/autobiography, Searching For The Sound I believe it’s titled. *Excellent* read for a Dead fan, especially one like me who didn’t get a chance to see the band or catch much of the history. Has a lot of insight into recording processes and interaction between the band members, and he even manages to make the “mushy” parts about meeting his wife interesting.
