Bonnaroo Headliners Rumor Confirmed (Kinda)

Update (2/1/06): Bonnaroo 2006 Lineup Announced!

From Productshop NYC…

The three headliners of Bonnaroo are Radiohead, Tom Petty, and Beck!!!

Wow, Bonnaroo 2006 is going to be an interesting year with excellent choices as headliners; I can only imagine what the full lineup is going to look like. Just one thing, though–Beck? I’m not sure he can fill a full headlining spot.

Note: this is still not official. We haven’t heard anything from Superfly yet.

    First of all… this thread has been absolutely riveting… Can’t wait to see the announcement on Wed. Glad to see they are coming out with the lineup soon..

    I’m a big UM fan but I can’t see them being Bonnaroo headliner material quite yet. Personally I’m up for something different like Radiohead… that would be amazing if they actually came to Bonnaroo but considering how much they play in the states I’m not sure i see it happening. BTW..

    anyone else besides me checked out the radio stream on bonnaroo’s website.. I find the music selection to be pretty interesting considering the artist annoucement coming in a week..

    Yeah, but isn’t that stream just a preview for the Vegoose show? Or, wait, is this just what they stream daily? Different tracks or one giant loop?

    ok….. the bottom line is, that dmb, wsp,the dead, and every other jam band are all the same and they suck. radiohead would be one of the best shows that bonnaroo has ever had they are a much better and more talented band…

    …but nobody’s show will be better that the current greatest band in the world……….MY MORNING JACKET!!!!!

    Don’t think it has anything to do with Vegoose. Maybe it did around the time of Vegoose. I’m not sure if it’s a loop or what.. I just think it’s interesting what’s playing right now…
