I guess I’m on a Kraftwerk kick right now ever since I found that great, soundboard download of their Coachella 2004 performance.

However, I wasn’t listening to Kraftwerk when I felt the urge to post this. I was listening to LCD Soundsystem, one of the bands that you’ve read about it if you’re keeping up with the blogosphere Top 10 Lists of 2005.

They released their self-titled album a couple months ago, and personally, I think it’s an awesome two-disc release. Definitely worth purchasing if you like the dancable, new-wave sound, and these guys would definitely be worth seeing when they start announcing dates for 2006. I’m hoping they get a festival nod or two, actually…

Anyways, while not as obvious and blatant as Mr. Chris Martin’s crappy remake of Kraftwerk’s Computer Love, LCD Soundsystem pays homage to Kraftwerk’s Home Computer in their song below…
