Medeski Martin and Wood announce some tour dates fresh off last night’s Halloween performance and they’re not coming to Chicago. Yeah, this just caught my attention. I haven’t heard much from the MMW camp lately and I wonder how their recent live shows are sounding.

Rolling Stone rounds up Vegoose. I have to say that I’m definitely impressed by what I’ve seen so far, and I like how this article makes mention that it seems this festival is the bastard stepchild of Bonnaroo and Coachella.
